  • 1/4 cup Macro almond
  • 4 free range egg
  • 200grams apple
  • 200grams pumpkin

Method

Step 1 of 3

Place apple and pumpkin evenly into four mugs and microwave each for 3 minutes on high. Remove and mash with a fork in the mugs, leave to cool slightly.

Step 2 of 3

Mix vanilla, cocoa powder, maple syrup, eggs and almond, brazil & cashew spread.

Step 3 of 3

Divide mixture between mugs, and mix thoroughly with a spoon to combine, scraping down sides. Microwave each mug for 1 minute 20 seconds or until just cooked.
