- 1/4 cup chocolate hazelnut spread
- 3 crusty knot bread rolls (or other leftover bread)
- 1 3/4 cup reduced fat milk
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2tablespoons caster sugar

Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2 of 4
Grease a 5-cup oven proof dish. Slice rolls thickly and spread both sides with chocolate spread. Layer into dish.
Step 3 of 4
Whisk eggs, sugar and milk together. Pour over bread and set aside for 20 minutes to allow bread to soak up liquid.
Step 4 of 4
Place pudding on a tray and bake for 40 minutes, until golden and custard has set. Sprinkle with icing sugar if desired. Scoop onto serving plates and serve with ice cream.
