- 1 1/4 cup Nestlé Sweetened Condensed Milk Squeezy (save 1/4 cup to serve)
- 290grams Nestlé Bakers' Choice Dark Choc Melts, melted
- 600milliliter thickened cream
- 2 cups frozen raspberries
- 125grams fresh raspberries (to serve)

Method
Step 1 of 3
Line a 13 x 24cm (6.5cm deep) loaf pan with baking paper, extending paper 5cm over long sides.
Step 2 of 3
Using an electric mixer, beat sweetened condensed milk and cream in a large bowl until thickened. Gradually beat in chocolate until mixture is smooth. Add frozen raspberries, then fold to combine. Spoon mixture into pan and smooth top. Cover and freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
Step 3 of 3
Turn ice-cream loaf onto a large serving platter. Top loaf with fresh raspberries and drizzle with extra sweetened condensed milk.
