  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 cup continental parsley leaves, firmly packed, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 red chillies, deseeded, finely chopped

Description

Dress up any meal with this flavourful herb, garlic and chili chimichurri recipe. Pour it over BBQ meat and veg, drizzle it on salad or soak it up with fresh bread.

Step 1 of 1

Combine oil, red wine vinegar, parsley, garlic and chillies in a bowl. Store in a sterilised glass jar or an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week, or freeze in ice cube trays for up to six months.
