  • 2tablespoons Cocobella Coconut Yoghurt - Vegan
  • 1 chilli
  • 2tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 400grams Naturli’ plant based mince
  • 1tablespoons chilli (ideally smoked)
  • 1teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1/2 red fresh chilli
  • 1 can Heinz salsa chilli beanz
  • 2 can kidney beans
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 4tablespoons vegetable stock
  • 2tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 1teaspoons salt (to taste)
  • 1teaspoons pepper (to taste)

Method

Step 1 of 3

Fry the Naturli’ Minced in oil, add chilli and cumin.

Step 2 of 3

Chop fresh chilli and add with the beans (remember to drain the water from the beans first) and chopped tomatoes. Add vegetable stock, and salt and pepper to taste. Allow to simmer.

Step 3 of 3

Serve with bread, vegan yoghurt and a little fresh chilli and parsley.
