Heat up a chargrill to medium heat with the canola oil.
Step 2 of 3
Chargrill the chicken breasts for 4 minutes on each side until fully cooked and then remove from the heat.
Step 3 of 3
Layer your chicken breasts with tomato sauce, bocconcini and basil. Garnish with salt, pepper and olive oil.
