- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 1 onion, peel and diced
- 500grams broccoli, cut into florets
- 250grams cauliflower florets
- 225grams cream cheese, softened
- 150grams sour cream
- 300grams cheddar, grated, divided
- 3tablespoons chives, chopped

Description
Sneak lots of veggies into your next dinner with this delicious and cheesy sausage and cauliflower bake.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Take 1 tsp of the olive oil and brush it the surface of an oven-proof baking dish.
Step 2 of 3
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage in the remaining olive oil until cooked. Tip in the garlic and onion and cook until softened. Set aside. Blanch the broccoli and cauliflower in boiling water for 3 minute and set aside.
Step 3 of 3
In a large bowl, tip in the cream cheese, sour cream, half of the cheddar and half of the chives. Mix thoroughly. Add the cooked sausages and vegetables. Mix thoroughly. Transfer this mixture to the prepared baking dish. Top with the remaining cheese and bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and top is golden brown. Garnish with the remaining chives upon serving.
