- 2 leeks, finely sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled, finely sliced
- 300grams conchiglie
- 220grams cream cheese, softened
- 100grams pasta
- 1 broccoli, cut into small florets, blanched
- 150grams mozzarella, grated

Description
Whip up a cosy dinner with this tasty pasta bake with chicken, cream cheese and broccoli.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat the oven to 190°C/170°C fan-forced.
Step 2 of 4
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chicken in olive oil for 5 minutes or until the chicken is brown. Tip in the leeks and garlic and cook for another 2 minutes. Cooked pasta for 2 minutes less than the package instructions. Reserve 300ml pasta water and drain.
Step 3 of 4
Deglaze the pan with the reserved pasta water, making sure to scrap the brown bits at the bottom of the pan. Mix in the cream cheese and stir until completely melted. Take off from heat.
Step 4 of 4
Stir the pasta and broccoli into the sauce. Fold in the half of mozzarella and mix through. Transfer the pasta into a baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining cheese on top. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Allow to rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
