- 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 1 pinch pepper (to season)
- 2kilograms baby potatoes
- 2tablespoons olive oil (to drizzle)
- 1 rosemary, break into sprigs
- 1 pinch pink salt ground (to taste)
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Step 2 of 3
Halve chat potatoes, using a small knife, cut a slit into the rounded top of each potato. Insert a slice of garlic and a small sprig of rosemary. Place into a roasting pan, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3 of 3
Bake for 40 minutes until golden and crisp.
