  • 1tablespoons coriander seeds
  • 1teaspoons fennel seeds
  • 1teaspoons dried mint
  • 2teaspoons black peppercorns
  • 2tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1tablespoons cumin seeds
  • 50grams roasted hazelnuts
  • 1/2 cup olive oil (to serve)
  • 400grams Woolworths stone baked Turkish pide loaf, toasted (to serve)

Method

Step 1 of 3

Fry 2 tbs sesame seeds, 1 tbs coriander seeds, 1 tbs cumin seeds, 2 tsp black peppercorns and 1 tsp fennel seeds in a dry frying pan until fragrant.

Step 2 of 3

Place mixture into a food processor with 50g roasted hazelnuts and 1 tsp dried mint. Process coarsely.

Step 3 of 3

Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve with a small bowl of olive oil and pieces of toasted turkish bread.
