- 1tablespoons olive oil
- 2teaspoons fresh thyme leaves
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced

Method
Step 1 of 2
Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil over high heat. Cook sprouts for 3-5 minutes or until tender. Drain.
Step 2 of 2
Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook sprouts, tossing regularly, for 6-8 minutes or until charred. Season. Add butter, thyme and garlic and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes or until butter turns a nut-brown colour and garlic and thyme are fragrant. Serve.
