Description
This super easy asparagus recipe is full of flavour. The tangy capers and mustard dressing is so versatile you can use it on chicken, seafood or steak.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Spray a large chargrill pan with oil and heat over high heat. Cook asparagus, in batches, turning, for
5 minutes or until tender. Transfer to a plate. Cover to keep warm.
Step 2 of 2
Meanwhile, place mustard, zest, lemon juice and olive oil in a small bowl and whisk to combine. Season with pepper. Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve asparagus topped with caper dressing.
