Method
Step 1 of 3
Cook 2 frozen Birds Eye Fish fillets following packet directions.
Step 2 of 3
Mash avocado, add sour cream and season to taste, mixing well.
Step 3 of 3
Spread avocado mixture over each pita bread. Add tomatoes, onion, cucumber, lettuce and top with cooked fish. Serve immediately.
