- 2tablespoons olive oil
- 1 medium red onion, peeled and sliced
- 400grams broccoli, florets only
- 2tablespoons sesame oil
- 1/2 stalk celery, remove leaves and slice
- 2 heads bok choi, shredded
- 60grams bean sprouts
- 20grams sesame seeds
- 1/3 cup miso
- 1tablespoons ginger, diced

Description
The Asian inspired spices really combine well with the moist brisket meat.
Method
Step 1 of 5
Tear away about 500g of brisket using a fork and set to one side.
Step 2 of 5
Heat up a pan to a medium heat with the sesame oil and fry the brisket for 2 minutes while tossing.
Step 3 of 5
In a pot of boiling water, blanche the broccoli florets for 1 minutes then remove from the heat and drain.
Step 4 of 5
Add the broccoli, celery, onion, bok choi, ginger and bean sprouts to the pan and fry for 2 minutes while tossing.
Step 5 of 5
Now add the rest of the ingredients and continue to cook out for 3 more minutes, storing regularly before serving.
