- 800grams ham hocks
- 2tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cup vegetable stock
- 1 pinch Chef's Choice Himalayan Pink Rock Salt With Whole Black Pepper
- 300grams green salad
- 80milliliter caesar dressing

Method
Step 1 of 7
Soak hocks in cold water for 30 mins.
Step 2 of 7
Pre-heat oven to 180°C (fan-forced).
Step 3 of 7
In an oven-safe lidded skillet, fry the ham hocks in oil until brown and crispy on the outside.
Step 4 of 7
Add in the vegetable broth.
Step 5 of 7
Remove from the stove, cover with a lid and place in the oven.
Step 6 of 7
Cook in the oven for 2-3 hours, until the meat is tender and falls apart when pulled at with a fork.
Step 7 of 7
Remove, shred and serve with fresh green salad and caesar dressing.
