- 500grams beef mince
- 2 3/4 cups beef stock, made with 2 stock cubes
- 800grams chopped tomatoes
- 75grams parmesan, grated

Description
If you can't decide between risotto and Bolognese, this rich and cheesy dish is the answer.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Heat the oil in a large pan on medium heat and cook the onions for 5 minutes, stirring all the time. Stir in the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Step 2 of 3
Stir in the beef mince and cook for 2 minutes then stir in the rice and cook for 1 minute. Add the chopped tomatoes then gradually add the stock in stages, stirring until it is absorbed before adding the next ladleful, this will take 25-30 minutes.
Step 3 of 3
Serve with grated parmesan on top.
