Description
This traditional Maltese dish has stringy cheese throughout the seasoned tomato rice.
Method
Step 1 of 5
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced.
Step 2 of 5
Heat up a non-stick pan to a medium heat, add the canola oil and fry the plant based mince for 8 minutes.
Step 3 of 5
Transfer the mince to a large baking dish and add the rest of the ingredients.
Step 4 of 5
Mix together well before placing in the oven to bake for 60 minutes.

Allow to cool slightly before serving.
