Description
Make this quick Italian hearty soup by using your leftover bolognese sauce as a base and serve with toasted crusty bread.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Tip in the onions and cook until translucent for about 2 minutes. Add the zucchini and carrots and cook for 3 minutes until slightly softened.
Step 2 of 2
Tip in the bolognese sauce, orzo, italian seasoning and chicken stock and bring it to boil. Cook for 10 minutes or until the pasta is done. Serve with toasted crusty bread.
