  • 2 handful basil
  • 1tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • balsamic glaze
  • 24 baby bocconcini
  • 12 marinated sun-dried tomatoes
  • 6 slice gluten-free prosciutto

Method

Step 1 of 1

Halve prosciutto lengthways to make 12 strips. Fold and thread onto 12 cocktail skewers. Add bocconcini, tomato and a basil leaf. Place onto a platter and drizzle with oil and balsamic. Season with pepper.
