- 1 cup Woolworths frozen blueberries
- 200grams Woolworths dark chocolate, chopped
- 1tablespoons Macro Organic coconut oil
- 1/4 cup Macro Organic coconut flakes

Blueberries, Greek-style natural yoghurt, coconut and dark chocolate: what's not to love about these simple frozen yoghurt snacks?
Method
Step 1 of 3
Line a large tray with baking paper. Combine yoghurt and vanilla in a bowl. Stir in blueberries to combine. Place 1½ tbs yoghurt mixture onto the tray, leaving enough space in between each one to fit 12 bites. Chill in the freezer for 1 hour or until firm.
Step 2 of 3
Place chocolate and coconut oil into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second increments or until melted.
Step 3 of 3
Working quickly, dip each frozen yoghurt piece into chocolate mixture to coat and return to lined tray. Drizzle with chocolate and work quickly to sprinkle with coconut. Return to freezer for 15 minutes or until chocolate has set. Keep bites in freezer until ready to serve.
