  • 12 sponge fingers, broken
  • 3/4 cup whipped cream
  • 3/4 cup custard
  • 4tablespoons caramel
  • 80grams dark chocolate, grated

Description

This combination of desserts brings banoffee and trifle flavours together.

Method

Step 1 of 7

Prepare 4 serving glasses by placing the broken sponge fingers at the bottom.

Step 2 of 7

Drizzle the chocolate sauce over the sponge.

Step 3 of 7

Layer the sliced bananas on top of the sponge.

Step 4 of 7

Place the caramel on top of the bananas.

Step 5 of 7

Whip the cream cheese together with the custard and once combine, empty on top of the bananas.

Step 6 of 7

Whip the cream and place on top of the cream cheese and custard.

Step 7 of 7

Garnish with grated chocolate before serving.
