Description
A delicious and simple 3 key step recipe to create your own sweet loaf. You can decorate this in cellophane and a bow.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon in a bowl.
Step 2 of 4
In another bowl mix mashed bananas, oil, vanilla, eggs and maple syrup.
Step 3 of 4
Add your dry mix slowly to your wet mix mixing well. Then combine your dates and walnuts.
Step 4 of 4
Transfer to a loaf pan (in baking paper) and cook at 180 degrees Celsius for 45 to 55 minutes until the center comes out clean with a knife. Cool and serve with butter
