  • 3 rashers middle bacon
  • 6 asparagus spears

Method

Step 1 of 5

Preheat oven to 180c and add baking paper to an oven-safe baking dish.

Step 2 of 5

Place thighs (skin side down) in baking dish and spread open.

Step 3 of 5

Place cheese and 2 asparagus spears on each thigh.

Step 4 of 5

Start with short cut piece of middle bacon and place on top of cheese and asparagus. Wrap around thigh. Repeat with all pieces.

Step 5 of 5

Season with salt and pepper and bake in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
