- 250grams thin asparagus spears, cut into 3 cm lengths
- 150grams snow peas, cut in half diagonally
- 150grams bean sprouts
- 3 1/2tablespoons light soy sauce (save 1/2 tbs to serve)
- 500grams rice, steamed (to serve)
