  • 1/3 cup red wine
  • 1 onion, chopped finely
  • 500grams mixed mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup parmesan, grated
  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 3 cup baby spinach
  • 35grams mixed mushrooms & red wine ragu recipe mix
  • 1/2 cup lite cream

Method

Step 1 of 3

Prepare quinoa according to direct on pack.

Step 2 of 3

Heat 2 tsp oil in a large frying pan, add onion and mushrooms, leave to cook for 5 minutes without stirring, add red wine and stir; cook for 2 minutes or until wine has almost evaporated.

Step 3 of 3

Add in combined lite cream with MAGGI Recipe Mix, and 1/2 cup (125mL) water to pan, cook for 10 minutes or until sauce has thickened; stir through baby spinach. Serve Quinoa with Mushroom Ragu and top with parmesan.
