  • 1kilograms Macro free-range chicken wing nibbles
  • 2teaspoons baking powder
  • 50grams butter
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 1teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1teaspoons brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup yoghurt ranch dressing
  • 1 stalk celery, cut into sticks
  • 4 radishes, halved
  • 4 Qukes® baby cucumbers, halved
  • 125grams snow peas, blanched, halved

Description

Crispy, succulent chicken wings and spicy Buffalo sauce are the ultimate pairing, creating an explosion of flavours at every bite.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat air fryer to 180°C for 3 minutes. Place chicken in a large bowl. Sprinkle over baking powder, then toss to coat. Place chicken in basket. Slide pan and basket into appliance. Set timer for 30 minutes. Cook, turning occasionally, or until golden and cooked through.

Step 2 of 3

During the last 5 minutes of cooking, melt butter in a small frying pan over medium heat. Add sauces and sugar, then bring to the boil. Remove pan from heat.

Step 3 of 3

Transfer chicken to a large bowl, then add hot-sauce mixture and toss to coat. Serve wings with ranch dressing, celery, radish, cucumber and snow peas.
