- 2 Lebanese cucumber (save 1 sliced up cucumber for later)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 200grams light Greek-style yoghurt
- 4 free range eggs, boiled and halved
- 2 clove garlic, crushed

Combine yoghurt, cucumber and garlic in a small bowl.
