  • 3teaspoons sesame seeds
  • 1tablespoons soy sauce

Method

Step 1 of 3

Tip sesame seeds into a cold wok and heat over high heat, stirring until sesame seeds are golden. Transfer to a plate.

Step 2 of 3

Reheat wok over a high heat until very hot. Add oil and swirl to coat the wok. Add the Broccolini® and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add 2 teaspoon water, cover and cook for 30 seconds until bright green.

Step 3 of 3

Combine soy, honey and sesame oil, pour over the Broccolini® and stir-fry for 1 minute until hot. Scatter over the sesame seeds and serve.
