  • 30grams green beans, trimmed
  • 40grams red capsicum
  • 5milliliter extra virgin olive oil spray
  • 1 kiwi fruit
  • 100grams Greek-style yoghurt
  • 20grams baby spinach leaves, chopped
  • 20grams cheese, grated
  • 1 wholegrain wrap
  • 2 free-range eggs
  • 2tablespoons Woolworths chunky mild salsa

Method

Step 1 of 2

Cheese & Spinach Omelette Wrap: Whisk eggs and milk together in a medium bowl. Heat a medium non-stick frying pan over medium heat and spray with oil. Pour in egg mixture, swirl to coat and cook for 1-2 minutes or until almost set. Top half the omelette with the cheese. Fold omelette in half to enclose filling. Remove from pan and set aside to cool.

Step 2 of 2

Place wrap on a clean work surface. Place spinach leaves down middle of wrap, then top with omelette. Roll firmly to enclose. Cut in half. Snack 1: Cut green beans and capsicum into sticks. 

Snack 2: Top yoghurt with kiwifruit. 

Snack 3: Pack salsa in a small tub.
