Fusilli Pasta Bake With Italian Sausage & Broccoli

10 Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 500grams fusilli pasta
  • 1 pinch rock salt (for pasta water)
  • 1 pinch pepper (to taste)
  • 80milliliter extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 broccoli, cut into florets
  • 120grams parmigian
  • 500grams cheese & tomato pasta bake
  • 650grams Italian sausages, skin removed
  • 1 sprig rosemary

Method

Step 1 of 4

Boil the pasta as per instructions on pack. Drain pasta 2 minutes before instructions on pack and add broccoli florets after 5 minutes.

Step 2 of 4

Break the sausage meat up and sauté in a fry pan with a little oil, the rosemary and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes.

Step 3 of 4

Combine the cooked pasta and broccoli with the Barilla Cheese and Tomato Pasta Bake sauce, the sausages and half of the Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.

Step 4 of 4

Place in an ovenproof dish, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes.
