  • 180grams leg ham off the bone, chopped

  • 1/2 cup tasty cheese, grated
  • 6 sheet frozen shortcrust pastry

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 200°C. Line 6x7cm pie dishes with pastry, trimming off the excess. Prick base with fork. Place pie dishes onto a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes until golden. Remove from oven and reduce heat to 180°C.

Step 2 of 3

Meanwhile, cook onion, ham and mushrooms until onion is soft. Divide between pie dishes. Whisk eggs with cream and parsley. Pour into cases and sprinkle with cheese.

Step 3 of 3

Bake for 35 minutes until set and golden.
