  • 200grams white cooking chocolate, finely chopped
  • 2 cups puffed rice cereal
  • 2teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1tablespoons Queen Glamour and Sparkle Sprinkles

This effortless, show-stopping White Christmas no-churn ice-cream pudding will be the talk of the table this year.

Method

Step 1 of 5

Grease a 2L-capacity metal pudding steamer. Line steamer with a piece of muslin, allowing muslin to overhang edge by 10cm.

Step 2 of 5

Using an electric stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, whisk condensed milk, cream and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Fold coconut, pistachios and half of the cherries through cream mixture. Spoon mixture into prepared pudding steamer and smooth top. Freeze for 4 hours or until set.

Step 3 of 5

Melt 120g white chocolate in a medium heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water. Stir until smooth. Stir in rice cereal until well coated. Remove pudding steamer from freezer, then spoon mixture over ice-cream and level top. Fold muslin inwards to cover and freeze overnight or until firm.

Step 4 of 5

Place oil and remaining chocolate in a small heatproof bowl set over a small saucepan of simmering water. Stir until smooth. Stand for 15 minutes to cool slightly.

Step 5 of 5

Turn pudding out onto a serving plate. Carefully remove muslin. Drizzle over chocolate mixture. Top with remaining cherries and sprinkle with sprinkles. Serve.
