- 4 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 60grams walnuts
- 1 medium lemon, juice and zest
- 50grams parmesan, grated
- 1 pinch cracked black pepper

Description
This earthy sage pesto is packed with woody and aromatic flavours, delicious with pasta or pork dishes.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Place all ingredients except the oil and parmesan into a food processor. Pulse until smooth.
Step 2 of 2
Slowly trickle the oil into the food processor with the motor running. Pour into a bowl, stir in the parmesan and serve or pour into a sterilized jar, seal and store in the fridge for up to 1 month.
