- 600grams Woolworths BBQ pork chops with sweet & sticky Vietnamese inspired glaze
- 1tablespoons vegetable oil
- 200grams rice noodles
- 1 carrot, cut into matchsticks
- 1 Lebanese cucumber, halved lengthways, thinly sliced diagonally
- 2 spring onions, thinly sliced diagonally
- 1 long red chilli, deseeded, thinly sliced
- 1/4 bunch coriander, sprigs picked
- 1/3 cup Vietnamese salad dressing
Description
Ready in three steps, this easy dinner recipe packs a flavour punch. Sweet and sticky BBQ pork chops go perfectly with the crisp veggie and noodle salad.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Cook pork according to packet instructions, using oil.
Step 2 of 3
Meanwhile, cook noodles according to packet instructions. Drain. Refresh under cold water. Drain.
Step 3 of 3
Toss carrot, cucumber, onion, chilli and coriander in a large bowl. Arrange pork chops, noodles and salad on plates. Drizzle over dressing to serve.
