- 1tablespoons canola oil
- 1 medium white onion, peeled and chopped
- 1 medium carrot, peeled and chopped
- 500grams diced venison, fat removed
- 1tablespoons mixed herbs
- 300grams baby potatoes, halved
- 2 medium parsnip, peeled and chopped
- 1teaspoons cracked black pepper
- 2tablespoons plain flour
- 2 cups oxtail soup
- 3tablespoons worcestershire sauce

Method
Step 1 of 5
Heat up a large pan to a medium heat and then add the oil to the pan.
Step 2 of 5
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C. Fry the onion & carrot for 4 minutes.
Step 3 of 5
Add the diced venison and herbs to the pan and fry while mixing for a further 4 minutes.
Step 4 of 5
Add the meat and veg to a large casserole dish and then add the rest of the ingredients and mix together well.
Step 5 of 5
Place the oven and allow to cook for 150 minutes before serving.
