  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder, sifted
  • 2tablespoons maple syrup (plus extra to serve)
  • mixed fresh berries (to serve)

Description

No one will miss out on Christmas dessert with this deliciously creamy vegan chocolate mousse recipe. Made with only three ingredients, it’s super easy to make.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Spoon coconut cream into a large bowl. Using an electric mixer, beat coconut cream for 20 seconds or until smooth.

Step 2 of 3

Add cocoa and syrup to coconut cream, then beat for 10 seconds or until smooth and combined. Divide mixture among 4 x 1-cup capacity glasses. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until chilled.

Step 3 of 3

Serve mousse topped with berries and drizzled with extra syrup.
