  • 2tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1teaspoons sugar
  • 2tablespoons water
  • 1tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 30grams ginger, peeled and sliced into strips
  • 350grams cauliflower florets
  • 50grams mushrooms, sliced thinly
  • 50grams peas
  • 1/2tablespoons sesame oil

Description

A quick and easy cauliflower stir-fry with delicious Asian flavors, this is midweek meal perfection.

Method

Step 1 of 3

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sugar, water and cornstarch.

Step 2 of 3

In a large skillet over high heat, add oil and ginger. Saute until ginger is fragrant. Add cauliflower and mushrooms, stir fry for about 8 minutes or until tender.

Step 3 of 3

Add in the peas and mix through. Mix in the prepared sauce and stir fry until thick. Turn off the heat and drizzle in the sesame oil.
