- 400milliliter milk
- 1 cinnamon stick (optional)
- 1teaspoons ground cardamom (optional)
- 60grams honey (to taste)
- 2teaspoons turmeric latte powder
Method
Step 1 of 2
For a caffeine-free drink with antioxidants, heat 400ml milk (you can use coconut, almond, soy or your favourite) until simmering.
Step 2 of 2
Whisk in 2 tsp turmeric latte powder and honey to taste. Pour into glasses and top with a little ground cardamom if desired. Note: Froth the milk for a cafe touch and add a cinnamon stick for stirring. * Macro Turmeric, Beetroot and Matcha Tea powders are in the Health Aisle.
