  • 2 just-ripe pears (peeled)
  • 20 blueberries
  • 1L chilled cranberry juice
  • 1 cup chilled pomegranate juice
  • 2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 750milliliter chilled mineral water

Method

Step 1 of 3

Using a small melon baller, scoop 20 balls from pears. Make a hole in each ball and press a blueberry into each hole. Place one ball into each hole of an ice cube tray. Fill with water and freeze for 4 hours or until solid.

Step 2 of 3

Meanwhile, lightly crush raspberries in a bowl with a wooden spoon. Add 1 cup cranberry juice, stir to combine and freeze in ice cube trays for 3 hours or until solid.

Step 3 of 3

When ready to serve, combine pomegranate juice and remaining cranberry juice with mineral water in a large jug. Add raspberry ice cubes and frozen eyeballs and serve.
