  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup mint leaves, torn
  • 2 limes
  • 6 lemons
  • 1.25L Sparkling Mineral Water (with crushed ice)

Method

Step 1 of 3

Roughly chop lemons and limes and place in a large glass bowl. Add sugar and mint. Using clean hands, squeeze the fruit to release the juice. Stir in 3 cups water and set aside for 30 minutes.

Step 2 of 3

Strain through a fine sieve into a large jug, pressing on the peel to extract all of the juice. Discard peel.

Step 3 of 3

Place ice in serving glasses, add lemonade syrup and top with chilled soda or mineral water.
