    • 1 Avalanche brown sugar bubble tea kit
    • 200milliliter milk, warmed

    Description

    Learn how to make bubble tea at home. Customise it with your milk of choice, and enjoy with those famous, chewy bubbles of tapioca pearls.

    Method

    Step 1 of 2

    Tear corner of tapioca pearls sachet and place upright in a microwave-safe mug. Microwave on high for 20 seconds. Allow to cool for 1 minute, then squeeze tapioca pearls into a serving glass.

    Step 2 of 2

    Empty flavour sachet into a heatproof jug. Add 2 tbs boiling water and stir until dissolved. Pour mixture over tapioca pearls. Top with milk and serve.
