Method

Step 1 of 2

In a bowl combine 6 cups of breadcrumbs with 1 finely diced onion, 2 tbs melted butter, 1/2 cup chopped parsley, 1/4 cup chopped sage, 1/4 cup dried cranberries, finely grated rind of 1 lemon and mix well.

Step 2 of 2

Lightly beat an egg and add to mixture. Season with salt and pepper, and combine evenly throughout mix.
