- 125grams fresh breadcrumbs
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 handful sage, chopped

Step 1 of 1
Heat butter in a pan. Add onion. Cook for 5 minutes or until softened. Add sage, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in breadcrumbs, butter and egg yolk. Stuff chicken or turkey with stuffing, tie drumsticks together with kitchen string and roast as per your favourite recipe.
