  • 2 bananas
  • 200grams frozen mango cubes
  • 8tablespoons Greek yoghurt
  • 3tablespoons honey
  • 2 cup apple juice
  • 1 ice cubes (to serve)

Description

Using frozen fruit is an easy way to make this instant healthy smoothie, with no fruit preparation required.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until you have a thick, smooth drink. Make sure you only half-fill the blender, to prevent splashes. (You may have to blend your smoothies in batches.)

Step 2 of 2

Pour into glasses to serve. Add ice cubes if you like, or if it is a particularly hot day.
