Method
Step 1 of 2
To create sandwich, top 1 bread slice with tomato, then top with another bread slice, carrot, third bread slice, baby spinach and fourth bread slice. Cut sandwich in half.
Step 2 of 2
Place half a sandwich in each lunchbox with egg, cheddar, pepitas and rockmelon.
