  • 1 cabanossi, sliced
  • 2 pizza bases
  • 1/2 cup tomato passata sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella, shredded
  • 2tablespoons basil leaves
  • 200grams solanato tomatoes, sliced

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 180° C. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.

Step 2 of 3

Use a 7cm-round cutter to cut rounds from pizza bases. Transfer to baking trays. Spread each round with 1 tsp of sauce and top with cabanossi, tomato and cheese.

Step 3 of 3

Bake for 15 minutes or until pizzettes are heated through and cheese has melted. Top with basil leaves and serve.
