- 170grams Thomas Dux hommus with roasted garlic & truffle oil dip
- 2tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 150grams Thomas Dux black & green olives with orange & coriander
- 3/4 cup pickled baby cucumbers
- 170grams Thomas Dux basil pesto with grana padano & roasted cashew dip
- 125grams blackberries
- 1 rosemary sprig, cut into smaller sprigs
- 80grams Thomas Dux truffle salami
- 200grams Thomas Dux triple cream brie
- 150grams Thomas Dux Spanish truffle sheep’s cheese
- 200grams Thomas Dux creamy blue cheese
- 200grams Thomas Dux English vintage cheddar
- 200grams Thomas Dux Dutch smoked cheese
- 1/2 cup dried apricots
- 3/4 cup walnuts
- 1 bunch thyme (to serve)
- 2 dill sprigs (to serve)
- 130grams Woolworths artisan style seeds & grains crispbread
- 1/2 loaf crafted bakery dark rye sourdough, thickly sliced
Description
This cheese platter recipe is perfect for entertaining. It's easy to put together and features five varieties of cheeses with a range of tasty pairings.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Place hommus in a small serving bowl. Drizzle with oil and season with pepper. Place olives, cucumbers and pesto dip in separate small serving bowls. Place blackberries on a small plate and scatter with rosemary sprigs.
Step 2 of 3
Place hommus and salami on a small serving board. Place brie, sheep’s cheese and olives on a separate small serving board.
Step 3 of 3
Arrange blue cheese, cheddars, cucumbers, pesto dip, apricots and walnuts on a large serving platter. Garnish with thyme and dill. Serve with crispbread, bread and blackberries.
