- 1 medium sourdough loaf, sliced thinly
- 2tablespoons olive oil
- 100grams basil pesto, store bought
- 100grams red capsicum pesto
- 100grams chorizo, chopped
- 40grams parma ham, thinly sliced
- 100grams hummus, store bought
- 50grams pickles, store bought
- 50grams cranberry wesendale, sliced
- 50grams brie, sliced
- 50grams aged cheddar, sliced

Method
Step 1 of 2
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Drizzle the oil over the sliced sourdough and roast for 5 minutes and remove from the oven.
Step 2 of 2
Prepare the cheeses by slicing and leaving out for room temperature. Now add all ingredients onto a sharing plate before serving.
