  • 1 medium sourdough loaf, sliced thinly
  • 2tablespoons olive oil
  • 100grams basil pesto, store bought
  • 100grams red capsicum pesto
  • 100grams chorizo, chopped
  • 40grams parma ham, thinly sliced
  • 100grams hummus, store bought
  • 50grams pickles, store bought
  • 50grams cranberry wesendale, sliced
  • 50grams brie, sliced
  • 50grams aged cheddar, sliced

Method

Step 1 of 2

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Drizzle the oil over the sliced sourdough and roast for 5 minutes and remove from the oven.

Step 2 of 2

Prepare the cheeses by slicing and leaving out for room temperature. Now add all ingredients onto a sharing plate before serving.
