- 1/2teaspoons each smoked paprika (ground cumin and ground coriander)
- 2tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1tablespoons olive oil
- 1teaspoons rosemary
- 1 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup cashews

Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
Step 2 of 3
Place all the ingredients into a large bowl and stir well to coat. Spread over tray and bake for 15-20 minutes or until dark brown.
Step 3 of 3
Remove from oven and set aside to cool, stirring occasionally. Once cool, store in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
