- 150grams Tassal Smoked Tassie Salmon
- 375grams ricotta
- 150grams feta
- 1 lemon, finely grated rind of 1/2 lemon
- 1/4teaspoons black pepper, coarsly ground (to season)
- 1 cucumber, thinly diced
- 1tablespoons capers, chopped
- 1 cup coriander leaves, torn (0.25 cup)
- 5milliliter olive oil, for drizzling
- 1 bread stick, thinly sliced (to serve)
Method
Step 1 of 3
Use a fork to combine ricotta and feta add lemon rind and mix until roughly combined. Season with black pepper.
Step 2 of 3
Spread ricotta mixture onto a board or plate. Garnish ricotta mixture with Tassal smoked salmon, cucumber, capers, and coriander. Drizzle with olive oil and top with extra lemon rind.

Enjoy easy entertaining when served with breadstick or biscuits!
